Eco-facilitation

Yet another way to:
-
explore the different dimensions of who we are as human beings
-
welcome, express and better navigate our emotions in relation to the state of the world
-
(re)weave and strengthen a deep connection with the Living World
-
rediscover a sense of belonging, meaning and interdependence
-
...and, in doing so, explore more conscious and life-enhancing ways of inhabiting this planet
Eco-facilitation is based on the idea that our personal well-being and the well-being of the Living World are deeply interconnected. It invites us to move beyond a sense of separation and reconnect with a more sensitive and embodied experience of our place within the web of life.
Through moments of reflection, sharing, connection with Nature, and bodily, creative or symbolic exploration, it creates spaces where it becomes possible to slow down, listen to what is moving within us, and allow new understandings to emerge.
In particular, it offers a way to welcome emotions that can sometimes feel difficult to carry alone - sadness, anger, fear, helplessness, but also wonder, gratitude and hope - and to place them in service of what is seeking to emerge, so that we may move forward with greater awareness and alignment.
Eco-facilitation can be experienced individually or in groups, outdoors in Nature or indoors.
It draws inspiration from teachings and practices rooted in ecopsychology, sensitive ecology, the Work That Reconnects, Theory U and the 8 Shields, among others.
More than a method, it is an invitation to reconnect with the Living World within and around us, to allow ourselves to be transformed by that encounter... and to discover our own way of contributing to the world with respect for ourselves, others and Nature.
