Dynamic Sophrology® in a Natural Setting

At the heart of nature, dynamic sophrology® becomes a true return to our roots — a path to recenter, recharge, and restore meaning to the present moment.

Practicing outdoors offers a unique sensory environment: the breath of the air, birdsong, light, and natural textures stimulate the senses and strengthen grounding in the here and now. This setting enriches the practice by fostering mental clarity, embodied presence, active relaxation, and, more broadly, inner work.

Each session may combine:

  • conscious breathing and dynamic relaxation exercises to release stress and calm the mind,
     

  • gentle, fluid movements, adapted to each person, to reconnect body and mind,
     

  • positive visualizations, nourished by the natural surroundings, to clarify intentions and awaken inner resources.
     

Exercises can be practiced while walking or standing still, depending on the context.

Dynamic sophrology® in nature adapts to the elements and circumstances, offering an opportunity to cultivate inner flexibility and the ability to adjust to the Living. Nevertheless, it remains accessible to everyone, with no prerequisites or specific clothing required—apart from attire suited to weather conditions.

It allows participants to:

  • strengthen grounding and presence,
     

  • develop sensory, emotional, and intuitive self-regulation,
     

  • counter mental rumination and foster inner calm, self-confidence, and vitality,
     

  • experience a moment of deep reconnection with oneself and with the environment.
     

Sessions can be experienced individually or in groups, in order to fully benefit from the inspiring qualities of a natural setting.

Practical Information
 

  • Session length: individually, approximately 1.5 hours; in groups, several formats are available depending on your needs
     

  • Location: in nature
     

  • Cancellation policy: for individual sessions, please give at least 48 hours’ notice in case of cancellation (excluding weekends). Otherwise, the session will be charged.
     

  • Please wear clothing appropriate to weather conditions
