Can you

relate?

You may experience life with a particular intensity.

Your own emotions, those of others, but also what is happening in the world and within the Living World around us.

Perhaps you also feel a strong need to understand, to make sense of things, to explore them in depth. Your mind is often active, full of questions, ideas and connections that others do not always notice.

You feel deeply concerned by people, places, relationships and the profound changes of our time.

This sensitivity and inner richness are precious gifts.

Yet they can also become difficult to carry when we no longer know how to welcome, understand or live with them.

Perhaps you will recognize yourself in some of these examples:

  • When you hear about climate disruption, biodiversity loss or soil degradation, you feel deeply stressed, worried, overwhelmed or saddened.

  • You need time to observe, understand and carefully weigh different options before making a decision.

  • Other people's emotions are rarely a mystery to you; you often understand them deeply and sometimes almost feel them yourself.

  • You easily notice what could be improved and sometimes find it difficult to settle for "good enough."

  • Being in Nature is not simply a leisure activity for you; it is an essential need.

  • After being exposed to too much noise, light, stimulation, social interaction or sensory input, you need calm, silence and solitude to recharge.

  • Words matter deeply to you: their meaning, their nuance and their accuracy.

  • Your emotions can be intense, vivid and long-lasting... sometimes it feels like riding a roller coaster.

  • You may sometimes feel powerless, misunderstood or frustrated by what seems to be a lack of response to today's socio-ecological challenges.

And these are only a few examples among many others......

If any of this resonates with you, please know that I have encountered many of these experiences on my own journey as well.

My personal path - still unfolding, like that of each of us - has inspired a deep desire to place my experience at your service, if you feel the need to:

- share what is alive within you and be listened to without judgment;

- explore your nature and your unique way of experiencing the world, recognize your strengths, and transform them into a source of greater calm, vitality and joy;

- nurture or restore a living relationship with Nature and the Earth, grounded in reciprocity, connection and belonging.

I look forward to meeting you.!
