Accompagnement de reconnexion à sa vraie nature et à la nature pour personnes sensibles

Hello and welcome!

My name is Emanuela Giovannetti, and I have been living in Brussels since 2004.

From an early age, I was fascinated by human behaviour (and non-human behaviour too ;), and I felt a strong connection with the Earth.

When it came time to choose my studies, I found myself torn between these two fields, which seemed very different to me at the time. In the end, I chose environmental sciences.

Both personally and professionally, I spent many years trying to contribute to a system that places people and ecology at its heart.

Throughout that time, I managed to “function well”... without always feeling truly aligned or at ease with myself, eventually reaching a point of exhaustion.

It was the beginning of a profound exploration... of myself, and of subjects that had previously been completely unknown to me but would become a true passion.

Little by little, what felt right for me became clear:

returning to our nature

and

returning to Nature

are two movements of the same impulse, like the in-breath and the out-breath that keep us alive.

At different stages of our journey, our attention may naturally be drawn more toward one or the other. Ecopsychology suggests that both are expressions of the same movement of reconnection.

Whatever the case, I would be delighted to accompany you along a part of that path!

My journey

For around fifteen years, I worked on European projects related to environmental issues and renewable energy, alongside a strong personal commitment to socio-ecological transition.

Over time, life led me to explore other dimensions of human experience: the body, emotions, consciousness, and inner regulation. Until a period of crisis deeply challenged my pace of life and the balance I had built.

It was during this time that an outside perspective, both simple and profound, opened up a new path of understanding. Little by little, I discovered the concepts of neurodiversity, high sensitivity, and giftedness, which helped me make sense of my way of functioning and my life experience.

These insights brought together what had previously seemed separate to me: the inner environment and the outer environment.

I then deepened my exploration of body-oriented, energetic, and integrative approaches, as well as ecopsychology and sensitive ecology practices, which recognize the intimate connection between human beings and the Living World.

It is from this convergence that my approach was born: a way of accompanying others that bridges self-understanding and our relationship with the Living World.

And the energy of that sensitive little girl, filled with a deep joy for life, is still very much present today. It continues to nourish my path as an adult and the way I accompany others.

Sometimes people ask me about my qualifications.
