Reconnect with your true Nature
Feel Right… feeling just right, in the present moment
Rediscovering greater balance and serenity
within yourself, with others, and in relation to the state of the world.
“Feel Right” expresses this simple idea: finding the right balance in the present moment.
The intention is mainly to reconnect with your deepest needs — to recognize them, listen to them, and respond in the way that feels most right for you, rather than aiming for any form of perfection.
I like to say that I accompany people in reconnecting with their true Nature.
The capital letter is intentional, as this process holds a dual dimension for me.
“Nature, too, supports our personal flourishing (if we grant it a silent presence), through its spontaneity, its beauty, its power and its mirroring effect; through the dazzling diversity of species and habitats, as well as through the wind, the Moon, the Sun, the stars, and the galaxies.”- Bill Plotkin

Perhaps these words resonate with your experience…
You may have been seen as “too much”: sensitive, intense, quick...
Your mind often analyzes, connects, anticipates…
and doubt sometimes creeps in.
Emotions can take up space.
A comment lingers.
The state of the world affects you deeply —
and calls for a response from within.
You long for more balance, more meaning,
to act — or to slow down — without exhausting yourself.
To turn your sensitivity and intellect into strengths.
To set boundaries with clarity.
To feel aligned with your true Nature.
High sensitivity · High intellectual potential · Eco-sensitivity · Stress · Burnout · Inner transition
If you recognize yourself in any of these situations, this support is for you.
It invites you to reconnect with your inner compass, to better understand how you function, and to reconnect with the Living—within yourself and around you—at your own pace.

Inner & Outer Ecology
I believe that taking care of ourselves and taking care of the planet go hand in hand.
For me, ecology is the the link between the two:
-
Inner ecology: taking care of oneself, finding balance, aligning with who we are, and moving toward our goals while respecting ourselves and what surrounds us.
-
Outer ecology: taking care of what surrounds us, in order to preserve balance and well-being—both individual and collective.
The two ecologies nourish one another.
In my support work, I welcome whatever is ready to emerge: sometimes one, sometimes the other, or both together. Always without expectations, and without judgment.

Exploring Sensitivity,
Better Understanding How You Function
A way to return, step by step, to your true nature and to explore your inner ecology, in order to feel calmer, more serene, and at peace with yourself—and with what surrounds you.
Through assessments developed by psychologists Elaine Aron and Mary Rocamora, I invite you to explore your sensory, emotional, and cognitive dimensions so as to better understand them. You will thus become aware of your responses to different stimuli and learn how to regulate them, moving toward greater well-being.
The intention is neither to label nor to carry out formal evaluations, but simply to offer a path back to yourself in an authentic and respectful way.

Nature as Ally, as Mirror, as Home
In my approach, Nature is not a backdrop, but a living presence with which we can enter into relationship.
It supports soothing, regulation, and renewal; it helps us understand ourselves better by reflecting our inner cycles, and it reminds us of our belonging to a larger living world.
Reconnecting with Nature—both inner and outer—can nurture a sense of grounding, clarity, and right place, whether it is about taking care of oneself, welcoming one’s emotions in response to the world, or finding a sensitive and sustainable way to remain connected to today’s challenges without becoming depleted.
It is in this spirit that the support I offer takes shape:
spaces to reconnect with one’s true Nature, to move forward with greater serenity, vitality… and alignment.

My Support Programs
My support programs are intended for individuals as well as groups or teams.
They can take place in nature, in-office (in person), online, or directly on-site for teams or groups.
Each program is personalized according to your needs and progress. Everyone moves at their own pace, and this guiding thread shapes our journey together.
For this reason, I do not set a fixed number of sessions in advance, except for certain collective workshops.

“Bubbles of the Living”
An invitation to feel the connection with yourself and with nature, wherever you are. An inner space to rediscover a greater sense of safety, presence, and gentleness, and to extend the restorative benefits of the living world, even from a distance.

Reiki
A Japanese relaxation practice based on the laying on of hands to promote energy flow. A pause that invites release, creates space, and lets natural processes of inner regulation take place.

Walking Coaching
When the body moves, the mind clears: accompanied by nature, walking coaching helps release tension and opens new inner paths.

Sessions in Office or Online
Support within a structured framework, without relying on nature, for those who prefer a more classical setting. Coaching, dynamic sophrology®, and, when relevant, assessments to better understand your sensitivity and cognitive-emotional functioning. Mobilize your resources and move forward with more clarity, balance, and autonomy.

Eco-Facilitation
Better live your emotions in response to the state of the world and cultivate deeper connections. An invitation to reconnect with the Earth, rediscover yourself, and open the way to a more harmonious relationship with the planet.

Sophrology in natural settings
In the heart of nature, dynamic sophrology® becomes a return to origins: a path to center yourself, recharge, and restore meaning to the present moment.
My support programs are meant to accompany a path of well-being and do not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or specialized care.
