For me, ecology is the common thread between the two:

Inner ecology: taking care of yourself, finding balance, aligning with your values, and moving towards your goals while respecting yourself and your environment.

Environmental ecology: taking care of the world around us, to preserve balance and well-being — both individually and collectively.
The two nourish each other.

Exploring Your Sensitivity & Your Emotional and Cognitive Functioning
A way to return, step by step, to your true nature in order to feel calmer, more serene, and at peace with yourself — and with what surrounds you.
Through the tests developed by psychologists Elaine Aron and Mary Rocamora, I invite you to explore your sensory, emotional, and cognitive dimensions to better understand them. In doing so, you will become more aware of your reactions to different stimuli and learn how to regulate them as you move toward greater well-being.
The intention is neither to put labels nor to make assessments, but simply to offer a path back to oneself, in an authentic and respectful way.

Sessions can take place in person (at my office), online, or directly on-site for teams.
Each program is personalized according to your needs and progress. Everyone moves at their own pace, and this is the guiding principle of our journey together.
For this reason, I do not set a fixed number of sessions in advance, except for certain group workshops.
