Support Programs
My support programs are designed for both individuals and groups/teams,
in nature, in-office, online, or on-site.
They can be conducted in French, English, or Italian.
These programs support a path toward greater well-being and do not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or specialized care.
Accompagnements individuels
Individual Support
Individual programs offer a dedicated space to recenter yourself, gain deeper self-understanding, and move forward at your own pace, in alignment with your needs and aspirations.
They are intended for people who:
-
wish to explore their sensitivity and their emotional and cognitive functioning in order to move toward greater well-being;
-
want to learn how to turn their high sensitivity or high intellectual potential /giftedness into an asset rather than a burden;
-
feel the need to better navigate their emotions in response to the state of the world, and to gently move through the stages of an inner transformation toward a socio-ecological transition;
-
aspire to prevent or overcome stress, burnout, or the sometimes intense demands of everyday life.
Through a personalized approach, you will be able to:
-
explore your resources and talents;
-
identify your blocks and limiting beliefs;
-
develop different ways of being in the world and communicating;
-
learn to welcome and move through your emotions—sometimes in connection with the state of the world—with greater clarity and balance;
-
feel more connected to yourself, to others, and, if it resonates with you, to Nature;
-
strengthen your inner balance and cultivate greater serenity.
Group Support
Les accompagnements individuels vous offrent un espace privilégié pour vous recentrer, mieux vous comprendre et avancer à votre rythme, en accord avec vos besoins et vos aspirations.
Group programs are designed to strengthen cohesion, cultivate well-being, and foster reconnection with oneself, with others—and, if meaningful for you, with Nature. They also allow participants to draw upon collective energy and collective intelligence as powerful levers for transformation.
They are intended for:
-
already-formed groups (friends, associations, collectives) or open groups bringing together people who do not yet know one another but wish to share a collective experience (sharing circles, sophrology workshops, eco-facilitation spaces…);
-
professional teams, within an organizational context, around goals related to cooperation, workplace well-being, or the development of a more serene and aligned collective dynamic.
Workshops foster mutual listening, cooperation, and respect for each person’s rhythm, in order to create a climate of trust and openness.
Depending on the context, these programs may take place indoors, outdoors, or in connection with the Living, through eco-facilitation practices inspired, among others, by ecopsychology, sensitive ecology, and Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects.
They may take various forms, such as:
-
sharing circles (emotions related to the state of the Planet, high sensitivity, high intellectual potential, stress/burnout);
-
workshops for reconnection with oneself, with others, and with Nature;
-
workshops on diversity awareness and neurodiversity;
-
workshops for preventing and better navigating stress or burnout;
-
discovery sessions or introductory paths in dynamic sophrology®;
-
or tailor-made interventions, adapted to your specific needs.
In corporate settings, these programs can be integrated into a team-building day or address specific needs related to quality of life at work.
Please consult the sections below to discover the specific programs offered.

Coaching
Coaching is a form of support that helps you clarify your goals, remove obstacles, and move forward autonomously toward what truly matters to you.
It enables you to reveal your inner resources and take action with clarity and confidence.
As I practice it, this is a well-being–oriented coaching, rather than performance coaching.

Reiki
Usui Reiki is a Japanese relaxation practice developed by Mikao Usui Sensei in the early 20th century and transmitted through the laying on of hands.
It aims to support the harmonization of the different dimensions of the human being—physical, mental, and emotional—and to promote a smoother circulation of energy, thus contributing to an overall sense of well-being.

Dynamic Sophrology®

Dynamic Sophrology® is a holistic mind–body practice that combines conscious breathing, gentle body movements, dynamic relaxation and positive visualisation. The exercises are simple and accessible, and can be practiced standing or seated. They adapt to the needs of the present moment: for adults, the focus is placed on exploration and integration. In all cases, the practice follows the code of ethics of the Dynamic Sophrology® Network.

Nature-Based Guidance
Bubbles of the Living
Drawing on the foundations of Dynamic Sophrology®, I created the concept of Bubbles of the Living to invite nature within us when we are unable to access it physically.
These “bubbles” are genuine inner breaths—spaces where the evocation of the outer Living world (trees, light, sounds, natural elements…) nourishes our inner energy and reactivates our deep connection to the living world.

Walking Coaching
When the body starts to move, the mind becomes clearer — and in the heart of nature, this clarity truly unfolds. Walking coaching helps release tension, allow the mind to breathe, and open new inner pathways.

Eco-facilitation
When our connection to the Living is restored — within ourselves and around us — it becomes a precious resource for navigating what we experience, both individually and collectively.
It is in this spirit that eco-facilitation takes place.
