My guidance programs are offered to both individuals and groups/teams,
in nature, in my office, online, or on-site.
They can be conducted in
English, français or italiano.
🌿 Individual Guidance
Individual sessions provide a dedicated space to refocus, better understand yourself, and move forward at your own pace, in alignment with your needs and aspirations.
They are intended for:

those going through a period of stress, burnout, or questioning,

people wishing to live better with their (high) sensitivity, emotional or cognitive functioning, or intellectual giftedness,

those who feel affected or shaken by planetary challenges (eco-anxiety, solastalgia, distress about the state of the world),

or those who aspire to find a deeper balance, an inner compass.
Each session is tailor-made and can be occasional (to respond to a specific need) or part of a more regular journey.
Through a personalized approach, you will be able to:

🤝 Group & Team Guidance
Group sessions are designed to strengthen cohesion, foster well-being, and develop shared effectiveness.
They are intended for:

existing groups (friends, associations, collectives) or open groups (people who do not know each other but wish to share a common experience, such as a talking circle or a sophrology workshop),
-
as well as professional teams, in an organizational context, with a common objective linked to cooperation, quality of life at work, or the development of a calmer collective dynamic.
Workshops encourage mutual listening, cooperation, and respect for each person’s rhythm, in order to create an atmosphere of trust and openness.
They can take different forms:

Talking circles (burnout, high sensitivity, giftedness, eco-anxiety, distress about the planet).

Workshops to prevent and better cope with stress or burnout.

Workshops raising awareness of neurodiversity.

Introductory or discovery sessions in Dynamic Sophrology®.

Workshops to reconnect with oneself, with others, and with nature.

Coaching & Dynamic Sophrology®

Coaching
The coaching I practice is not oriented toward performance at all costs, nor solely toward the achievement of measurable results. In other words, it is well-being coaching rather than performance coaching. It is a space of attentive and compassionate listening, based on empathic questioning. This process allows you to become aware of your resources, your ways of functioning and communicating, as well as your limiting beliefs. Step by step, it sheds light on your talents and potential, helping you expand your possibilities and reach your goals with autonomy and responsibility.
📖 A word on the origin of coaching
The term coach is said to come from Kocs (pronounced /Kotch/), a Hungarian town where, in the 16th century, coaches (carriages) were manufactured to transport passengers from one place to another. In the 19th century, the word was adopted in the English academic world to refer to tutors who “carried” their students to exams, before being used in sports and the arts to mean “trainer.”
In the same way, coaching today is a process that supports a person, a group, or a team from a starting point to an arrival point: inner change, a new project, reorganization, or overcoming an obstacle.
🌿 Philosophical roots
Some trace the origins of coaching back to Socrates and his maieutics (from Maïa, goddess of childbirth and midwives — Socrates’ own mother was probably a midwife). Convinced that everyone carries their own answers within, Socrates guided his interlocutors through careful questioning, helping them clarify their thoughts, confront their contradictions, and “give birth” to their truth.

In the same spirit, coaching unfolds through active listening, kind questioning, and bringing your resources and talents to light. The goal is not to find — nor to impose — solutions for you, but to help you regain self-confidence, open new perspectives, and move forward consciously, with autonomy and responsibility.
Dynamic Sophrology®
Dynamic Sophrology® is a holistic body-mind practice derived from sophrology, founded in the 1960s by neuropsychiatrist Alfonso Caycedo. Inspired both by Western disciplines (existentialist philosophy, Jungian psychoanalysis, phenomenology, neuroscience, therapeutic hypnosis) and Eastern traditions (yoga, Zen Buddhism), sophrology was later enriched by Dr. Yves Davrou, collaborator and translator of Caycedo. He developed this specific approach, integrating insights from Chinese energetics, Jung’s individuation process, and neuroscience.
🌿 An accessible and adaptable practice
Dynamic Sophrology® combines conscious breathing, gentle body movements, dynamic relaxation, and positive visualization. The exercises are simple and accessible, practiced standing or sitting. They adapt to the needs of the present moment: for adults, the emphasis is on exploration and integration. In every case, the work is carried out in line with the code of ethics of the Dynamic Sophrology® Network.

Through a progressive exploration of the body, emotions, intuition, and mind, sophrology helps us to:

Beyond relaxation — which may be a natural consequence but is never the sole objective — Dynamic Sophrology® is above all a method of training consciousness. It enables us to better understand ourselves, develop our potential, and restore lasting balance in daily life.

Nature-Based Guidance

Walking Coaching
When the body moves, the mind clears — and in nature, this clarity is even more apparent. Walking coaching helps release tension, let the mind breathe, and open new inner pathways.
Why this approach is powerful:

Movement awakens the brain: While walking, cerebral blood flow increases, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to the brain. This stimulation particularly benefits the hippocampus (memory, learning) and the prefrontal cortex (planning, attention, creativity). Studies show that walking enhances creativity, clarity of thought, and a smoother connection between ideas.

Nature inspires: Fresh air, landscapes, scents, and sounds stimulate our senses and nourish introspection. These elements often lead to unexpected ideas and solutions.

Each session gently combines:

guided questions and metaphors inspired by the landscape or path, to illuminate your inner journey,

unplugged, sincere conversations while moving.
Sophrology in Natural Settings
In the heart of nature, Dynamic Sophrology® becomes a true return to the roots: a path to refocus, recharge, and bring meaning to the present moment.
Practicing outdoors provides a unique sensory setting: the breeze, bird songs, natural light, and textures stimulate our senses and strengthen grounding in the present. This environment enhances the practice by promoting mental clarity, body awareness, active relaxation, and, more broadly, self-work.
Each session may combine:

conscious breathing and dynamic relaxation exercises to release stress and calm the mind,
-
gentle, fluid movements adapted to each person to connect body and mind,
-
positive visualizations inspired by the natural setting to clarify intentions and awaken inner resources.
Exercises can be done walking or in place, depending on circumstances.
Dynamic Sophrology® in nature adapts to the elements and surroundings, offering an opportunity to cultivate inner flexibility and the ability to adjust to life. It remains accessible to everyone, with no prerequisites or special attire required, aside from clothing suitable for the weather.
It allows you to:

Bubbles of Life
Based on the principles of Dynamic Sophrology®, I created the concept of Bubbles of Life to invite nature within when we cannot access it physically.
These bubbles are genuine inner breaths, where the evocation of the outer living world — trees, light, sounds, natural elements — nourishes our inner energy and reactivates our deep connection to the living world.
Through exercises in conscious breathing, guided visualization, and gentle movements, Bubbles of Life build on the foundations of Dynamic Sophrology® while incorporating specific adaptations to reproduce the sensations of grounding, regeneration, and vitality that direct contact with nature provides.
👉 They can be experienced in individual or group sessions, in person or online, and serve as valuable support:

during moments of stress, fatigue, or emotional overload,

to reintroduce a breath of balance and reconnection into daily life, restoring a deeper connection with oneself and with Life.
A Bubble of Life is a suspended moment, a restorative pause to fully inhabit your body, calm your mind, and feel connected, even from a distance, to the essence of Life.
