Bubbles of the Living
Drawing on the foundations of Dynamic Sophrology®, I created the concept of Bubbles of the Living to invite nature within us when we are unable to access it physically.
These “bubbles” are genuine inner breaths—spaces where the evocation of the outer Living world (trees, light, sounds, natural elements…) nourishes our inner energy and reactivates our deep connection to the living world.
Through conscious breathing, guided visualization, and gentle movements, Bubbles of the Living build on the core principles of Dynamic Sophrology® while integrating specific adaptations designed to recreate the sensations of grounding, regeneration, and vitality usually experienced through direct contact with nature.
They can be experienced in individual or group sessions, in person or online, and offer valuable support:

when access to nature is limited;

to reintroduce a sense of balance and reconnection into daily life, by nurturing a deeper relationship with oneself and with the Living;

during periods of stress, fatigue, or emotional overload.
A Bubble of the Living is a suspended moment—a restorative pause to fully inhabit the body, calm the mind, and feel connected, even at a distance, to the essence of the Living.

Practical information

Session length: individual sessions: 1 to 1.5 hours; group sessions: various formats available depending on needs

Location: in a practice room, online, or on site (depending on the context)

Cancellation policy: for individual sessions, please notify at least 48 hours in advance (excluding weekends). Otherwise, the session will be charged

No prerequisites or special attire required

Practice is ideally done barefoot: bringing socks is recommended for comfort
